Judge says Amazon Breaking Law

In Payments to Authors and Publishers

A International Court Judge has written an OP ED piece in which he blasts Amazon, it’s KDP Publishing Unit and CEO Jeff Bezos as a CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION that is violating multiple state laws in which Amazon has money transmitter licenses.

Currently Amazon takes up to 90 days to pay Authors and Publishers for books it sells including eBooks through the Kindle Program that is now said to control ovr 90% of the eBook Market.

Judge Sol Adoni explains THE LAW is Amazon is a licensed money transmitter and it is a in violation of state laws such as those in Washington State that mandate a 10 day payment window by Amazon to Authors and Publishers and yet Amazon intentionally avoids paying authors and publishers for up to 90 days.
